Bruce Trimbur is founder and Broker in Charge (BIC) for Piedmont Row Realty Inc., member of Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), Carolina Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), Lake Norman and Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Broker and Realtor.

With years of experience as a private investor, Bruce has developed sensitivity to the challenges and opportunities that owners and investors face in today’s dynamic real estate market. Successfully investing for himself as well as his partners, he understands the need for services geared toward helping owners maximize their investments in real estate. His background in commercial and residential real estate is an asset in understanding all types of properties.

Bruce Trimbur background in business is noteworthy. As past owner of the S.L. Bagby Company for over 17 years, a commercial and industrial lighting representative firm, he has a complete understanding of business ownership, the construction market and how it relates to investment properties. His service as past president of the 1230 West Morehead Office condominium association and Illuminating Engineering Society, Tar Heel Section and board member of a home owners association, graduate of the Lake Norman Leadership Program - Class IX, and a Sandler Sales Presidents Club member represent his dedication to both his community and the local real estate industry. He continues to be involved in the lighting business as a lighting consultant and is an LC (Lighting Certified through NCQLP) and member of Illuminating Engineer Society.

Bruce Trimbur has been a resident of the Charlotte area for over 20 years presently residing in Cornelius, NC. He is an active member of Davidson United Methodist Church, serving as the Co-chair of the Strategic Planning committee, Board of Stewards, Facilities planning committee, Sunday school committee, as a Sunday school teacher and as a member of other various committees. He also serves as an Advisory Commissioner for the Town of Cornelius, North Carolina, Department of Parks, Arts, Recreation and Culture (PARC) and President for the Wildcat Investment Club in Davidson. Bruce received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1978 in the school of Industrial Technology from Indiana State University.
